"Owner was easy to communicate with, the property was beautiful and set away from it all; but still 15-20 minutes from downtown Brenham. Kids were able to roam, check out the livestock, fish, and relax at the pool. Plenty of room to grill and cook, all while relaxing at the end of baseball tournament games. Will definitely be making a returning booking."

"I have to travel to Brenham for work quite often. My go to place to stay is Rockin Star Ranch. I can't say enough about the beauty and tranquility of this place. To be honest, it's therapeutic. The cabins are immaculate, the animals are everywhere, and Darrell is an incredible host. I'm very thankful that i found this place."

"Quaint little cabins surrounding a pool and pavilion. Owner meet us upon arrival and showed us our cabin. Three of us were very comfortable. Close to antique shopping in Roundtop. Thanks for an enjoyable stay. "

"What a piece of HEAVEN on Earth! Loved the lounge chairs, the pond, the AIRSTREAM!!!!…. And the bed was so comfortable… but my favorite part was the him of the AC that made me feel like i was in a DREAM POD ALL NIGHT!"

"We are only 2 hours away from Rockin Star, but this was just far enough to get out of the city & enjoy the quiet & slower pace of the hill country. We enjoyed the pool each evening & it was very relaxing. Darrell Sr & Jr were super friendly & helpful with the ins & outs of the property, and Darrell Sr showed us around the property. We were just there for a weekend getaway, but it’s a great place for a family reunion or wedding. "
