"We had a great experience with this rental. The only thing we could think of as a slight negative is the lack of a box of Kleenex!! Great kitchen for making breakfast and a couple dinners. Plenty of comfy beds and nice bathrooms for everyone. Location was peaceful but not too far from town. We enjoyed the visiting deer. Would stay again and recommend it!"

"Several of my high school friends stayed here to attend the funeral of a fellow classmate. The home was beautiful, and its historical characters made it even more special. The porch and deck were wonderful places to gather and reminisce. The bathrooms were lovely and well-equipped. Julie, our host, was welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. The home is just a short walk away from shopping and food and is in a beautiful setting. Watching the sunrise in the morning was a special treat....

"My whole family spent a long weekend at this great property. It was too short of a time. We played pickle ball, swam, played board games and had a great time. The property was very clean and had plenty of space for the 12 of us to spread out. We would definitely recommend this property for a large group."

Our girls 12 & 10 loved paddle boarding, fishing, smore's at night and using the awesome outdoor kitchen. "We recently stayed at Double K Lodging and had a great experience. Double K is located out in the countryside close to Round Top. There are three cabins available to rent, all located in a beautiful bucolic setting near a large pond, but with plenty of space separating them. We stayed in the Farmhouse which is right next to shore of the pond and it was cozy, clean, & comfortable. There is also a very nice pool near the cabins which we enjoyed during our stay. "It was such a great place for a extremely relaxing stay! Brent, Monica, and Hugo were all amazing! They were always out and about and never once didnt ask if we needed something or was there to assist! Son loved the animals, pool, lake, everything! His favorite of course was the snack room! LOL We will be back and bring lots of friends and family!!"
