Few minor cleanliness issues and the room had a very weird smell - took me a while to get it aired out after turning on the AC. Elevator was broken so had to use the stairs.

Did not enjoy the stay, elevator did not work for the entire stay. Room was filthy and dirty. Walls had stains on them, chairs had stains on them, bathroom floor was sticky, blanket had holes in them and bleach stains, dresser drawers did not stay shut. Staff was not courteous!

No receipts
They would not give me a receipt because I booked with a third party (hotels.com). They charged me $40.00 for an incidentals fee which I have never ever been charged staying at a Holiday Inn/Express. They would not give me a receipt for this either. They said it would be sent back to my card but it would take 3-5 days. They should have been able to give me something reflecting everything they said. I wont stay there again!!
