I would of love the stay, but wasnt allowed to experience a room that was already paid. This hotel canceled my room because of some bizarre check-in rules, and late check-in wasn’t even an option. Ended up stranded without a place to stay for the night and had a restless morning. Absolutely ridiculous.

First room was not ready, moved to second room but TV didn’t work, then moved to third room. Young lady that was there when i check in was very professional, polite, and handled and managed the situation that she was presented with great management skills. Between moving me to other rooms, other customers were calling her because they didn’t have hot water, and other customers were in line to check in. She handled each situation and gave her full attention to each problem. I wish I had employees with this type of management skills.

Good hotel but not as expected
Service at the reception was good .Bed was comfortable. Hotel was clean but trash pick up was not in time especially at the break fast area and also breakfast food and options were not as good as expected.

It was great customer service! The coffee maker didn’t work in the room and our pillows were terrible but other than that it was nice.

The property was very clean and quiet. If I had any concerns I would say the Regular Coffee went fast and we had to wait and wait for somebody to refill the canister. My suggestion is to get rid of the water and add an additional regular coffee so nobody has to wait.
