"We spent a week at the "cottage." The accommodations were as described - clean & comfortable. We never cook when away so the small kitchen worked fine for us - as did the one-room efficiency floor plan since we were out-and-about most of the day. A block and a half from the beach (yay!) and many restaurant choices also in walking distance (1-1.5 miles). "If you want to stay in South Pasadena, this property has an excellent location as so much is walkable - the train, the grocery store, lots of restaurants, the library. We appreciated also that there are a lot of spices and some condiments and that food preparation was easy. It is nice to have an office space if one is doing some work. It is a small space."

"We very much enjoyed our stay with a few minor problems. One of the toilets clogged but was repaired the next day. The back yard and the kitchen had ants, so we had to spray. Most of the pool inflatables had leaks. The house was very roomy, and it was perfect for our 8-member family"
