I contacted the hotel to ask whether we could store our luggage before we checked in, as we didn't want to carry them all day around the towns in Lake Como. Francesca not only allowed us to store the bags in our room early, but also gave us the key as the room was ready by 9:30am. She even picked us up from the train station in Bellano and gave us a lift to the hotel! Manuela made us coffee before we set out for the day, and...

"Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Durch den Self Check in konnten wir ohne Probleme auch nach 22 Uhr anreisen. Die Wohnung sowie der Außenbereich waren sehr sehr sauber. Auch mit einem großen Auto war das parken kein Problem. Das einzig negative ist die Putzgebühr die leider nur sehr sehr versteckt genannt wird. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen gerne wieder. "
