"The hotel was perfect in getting downtown and the front desk was great in answering all questions we had. We would definitely stay again. The subway and train station was only a 3 minute walk from the hotel so if you didn’t want to use the free shuttle to downtown you could quickly take those modes of transportation "

"We were staying at the Tivoli for 3 days coming off a transatlantic cruise. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location, . I cannot say enough about the staff and service. The hotel’s breakfast is amazing and the other restaurants in hotel great also. But the most amazing thing was how the staff went above and beyond during the power outage that affected all of Spain and Portugal yesterday. They remained calm and helpful and served us whatever cold food they could find before it turned dark. We did have to climb 13 flights of stairs and pack in the dark with flash light before power was restored at 11:30 pm. The staff stayed overnight and still served the most amazing breakfast again this morning. All with smiles on their faces.!Wonderful hotel wonderful city and people!❤️❤️"

"My friend and I stayed here during the country wide power outage. The staff was amazing during this time & did everything they could to keep guests safe but well taken care of. I will definitely be back!"

"When we arrived, we were greeted well by the front desk. The young man that showed us to our room was exceptionally sweet and nice. Unfortunately I did not get his name, but he greeted us every morning. In the restaurant, Nelson became one of my favorite waiters there. He was always so energetic and full of life and positive energy. During the last two days of our nine day stay, I was sick and Nelson brought over a special tea his grandmother would make and even brought me an extra to go. The hotel doesn’t offer too many towels and despite asking three days in a row, we did not receive extra towels. We finally stopped someone in the hallway and she was able to accommodate us. Same with the in room coffee service. It was good. It was just you had to ask the right person for additional regular coffee and cream. Overall, it was in a nice section of town and we were able to walk around easily, or take an Uber if we were feeling particularly tired. Lisbon is a beautiful city and we would go there again!!"

" The hotel itself is very centrally located on a beautiful Avenue comparable to the Champs Elysees, Rodeo Drive and the Americana in Manhasset ;). The area is safe with tree-lined streets and plentiful shops. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful with a stunning lobby, full service spa and breathtaking views from the rooftop restaurant where we enjoyed our plentiful breakfast each morning. Our group included an allergic traveler. Specifically, Teresa Maria, Rafael Gomes, Daniel and several others went above and beyond to make sure we not only were cared for/completely pampered in the safest way possible. "
