"Perfect place for rest, peace, and quiet. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The view is incredible — rainforest and ocean views with amazing sunrises and sunsets. Comfortable rooms with excellent beds/bedding and good AC. Hosts are very friendly, but also respectful of privacy. The pool is amazing with twice as many loungers as ever needed so there is always a good place to relax. Delicious breakfast. "It is a very beautiful property with amazing views! The staff was very friendly. They were constantly cleaning. The food was great and reasonably priced. (We have had a hard time with finding good food for a good price in the previous places we stayed. The beach was incredible! It is a a tough drive on gravel would recommend a 4 wheel drive with good tires. We had a small car and had to go very slow. There is three creeks that need to be crossed we were okay because it is the dry hot season."

"The place was as described! It was a rocky ride over as we drove for about an hour on bumpy dirt roads the last hour to the house. It's best to reach the house before sunset. The driveway is a little steep so you definitely need 4 wheel drive to drive up and also to get into Islita. The property manager who lives at the bottom of the driveway came and greeted us when we arrived. She was nice and showed us around. The bedrooms each have an a/c unit. Just be aware there can be the occasional bug....

"One week before arrival i replied to the emails send by vacasa/vrbo; 3 emails to ask for local persons contact. Did not receive any reply on the emails. So we had to wait by the gate. Had to call to vacasa USA, several calls, a mess. Once entered the property, big was the surprise when we saw the walls full of dirty traces in all chambers! Oxidation from the fans made a complete mess. Bedsheets, walls, all full of sprinkled oxidation. Also only 1 towel per person for the whole stay (4days!)...
