"Just as described, the beautiful restoration was secluded and quiet and close to Concord and Contoocook. We stocked up on local farm goods at the nearby Dimond Hill Farm. The house was well stocked in linens and the kitchen, and activity shed. We even had a cute baby porcupine grazing nearby as we had some morning coffee by the fire pit."

"While the house was cosmetically nice there was an issue with the odor in the house. It was definitely coming from the ductwork and probably not cleaned in a long time. There was a mixture of oil and mildew odor. Not conducive to enjoying indoors or sleeping. There was minimal furniture one being no coffee table and only one end table. "At arrival found out that the number pad entry wasn’t working, called the property manager, she was helpful and explained an alternative way to open the door, but it seemed they were aware this was an issue and didn’t let us know ahead of time.
