"Beautiful house and location. Our only complaints would be that the house itself was fairly loud (creaky floors and no insulation between rooms so can hear when someone is up early or late) and sheer white curtains (making everyone have to get up with the sun), BUT all that said, wonderful old house. Very clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything you'd need. Would definitely recommend!"

"The charming home is very remote and private. Updated kitchen and bathroom providing all amenities you could want. Comfortable beds, but master is very tall. Although the living area futon seating provides extra sleeping options, they are not the most comfortable for sitting/lounging. A softer chair or two would be welcome. Lovely deck for lake watching. Frogs aplenty!"

Contacted host MANY times during our stay with multiple questions. Always returned my texts quickly. Nothing major. Just things I couldn't find or how Ishould do something. "It is an entire house, so a good amount of space. Brand new remodel (we were there in Jan 2025). The kitchen/family room is great for meals and hanging out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are wonderful. The photos show how nice. There is even a deck out back. We had 8 adult family members and could have easily fit a few more. And only 1 mile to downtown Manchester. "

"We had fantastic stay at this home in Derry, New Hampshire. We stayed in December and the house was super warm and cozy. They even had a pellet fireplace so we felt cozy next to that as well. There are multiple bedrooms upstairs and they were all cozy and comfortable with lots of storage closets and dressers. The main bedroom downstairs has a beautiful view of the trees and in the summer, I'm assuming a little lake but it looked frozen over. The house is minutes from a super cute downtown area...

"Our visit was short but absolutely wonderful. Our host had thought of everything - coffee, tea, pancake mix, eggs, and a ton of other goodies that made us feel absolutely spoiled. We spent every moment possible enjoying the porch and overlooking the river. Bedding, furniture, and amenities were all incredible. We all wished we could have stayed much longer and would book again in a heartbeat if we’re ever back in the area."
