"The property was fine. However, I was offered early check-out in the app as I completed the pre-check-in process. I declined it, but then changed my mind. When I arrived at the desk, the desk clerk was on the phone correcting a billing issue. Instead of politely greeting me, she pointed to a chair and told me to take a seat and wait. When she completed the call, she did say hello, and when asked if I could have early check-out she said it was not allowed. I did not dispute her statement. The...
