"The accommodation were not only comfortable but also impeccably clean. My only suggestion for improvement is regarding the dining options. I thoroughly enjoyed the delightful breakfast, but it would be wonderful if the restaurant and bar remained open for a longer period. Having them close at 6 PM required me to venture into the nearest town for dinner, which was less than ideal. "

"The property could do with a little modernisation, however, we went for it because of cost, and convenience. We couldn't check in till we arrived which was half past midnight and the staff were very understanding and checked us in cheerfully!!! I was rather embarrassed that we were so late, but she was so nice. We were very tired, but, you can't sleep in a bad bed even when tired - So, the beds were great and we slept like a log!!!! The bed was clean, comfy and no issues at all...

"Easy to book. Check in straightforward and welcoming. Plenty of safe parking. Double room and en-suite comfortable, clean and tidy. Fresh towels supplied each day when room serviced. Ladies serving breakfast very friendly and attentive. Good variety of breakfast options and the cooked breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and it was a great base for visiting Windsor Castle (20 min drive). Would definitely recommend as a good value B&B."

"Superb accommodation. Tom, the host was very accommodating. He left a voice message in my phone if ever we will arrive late. Then I also received an email. To our surprise he let us stay in a very spacious room. An upgrade and it did not affect the payment that we booked. Thanks so much for making our stay very memorable."

"This is such a quaint place. our room was wonderful. The manager let us store our luggage in her office so we didn't have to lug it all up the stairs. The food at the pub was great! Would definately stay there again. "

"One night stay for work, free parking on drive. Nice reception from Helen. I was in room 1, which had a little fridge in room with fresh milk within. Room had a desk in it to work at, as well as another chair to sit in. Ensuite was good with large shower. TV on wall was okay, bed was comfortable. The breakfast (included in the price I paid) was good, nice plate of fresh fruit on table and I had the cooked breakfast (which was cooked to order). "Very good value for money, considering location and price. Clean but basic rooms, newly fitted bathroom which was good, and very friendly staff. Only downside was in the morning they had an issue which meant we had no hot water. They did fix it, but only at 11am when we were checking out. Could have done with another mirror in the room. "

"Really good location for Hammersmith station. Comfy beds and great shower, liked the coffee machine in the room. We thought the self service breakfast was a great idea as we could grab when we wanted to,wouldve been nice to have a selection of cereals though. Parking on road was easy but the bridge didnt have any permits left, we left a note in the window, not sure if we will receive a penalty notice in the post. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Would definitely consider staying here...
