"Overall, great stay. Awesome location with access to downtown via shuttle, pool area, great bartenders and vacation vibes. Will recommend. However, had some issues with one of the concierge who was showing attitude when booking tours while another concierge was great. Housekeeping and pool cleaning crew are too loud in the mornings, and because of thin walls an early wake up time was not a great experience."

"We loved staying at the ibis bay. It’s a small and comfortable resort. But has all of the conveniences you could want. The stoned crab is a great place to grab a bite, the shuttle too and from the tourist spots is so convenient, and the staff is beyond friendly and helpful. We will absolutely be rebooking for our next stay. "
