"We stayed at Riptides this last week. Centrally located, this efficient unit is nestled right into the neighborhood just a few streets off of Duvall. It is still very quiet while close to action. Check in and communication with our host Whitney was great! Comfy bed, little kitchen and easy stay. It lived up to the positive ratings!"

"Overall a good experience. Key notes:- Mostly a place to rest in the evening, not a lot of sitting inside. We had four people and always one person had to scrounge for seating.- Thin walls. Ice cream shop was loud when closing down, and could often hear neighbors (and roosters) through the walls.- Beds were extraordinary, and I could not rate them higher.- Weirdly remotes controlled various items, resulting in issues withight switches and turning off the TV.- Location could not be beat. "Loved the property and the room was nicely decorated and airy. Really enjoyed our balcony as well. Within walking distance to everything. Parking was a bit of a challenge however, as there is very little free public street parking close by, but we eventually found a spot."
