"When going out of the hotel, guests need to pass by the breakfast area. Someone had spilled milk on the floor, which is white, and I slipped on it and fell. While the staff assisted me and made sure I was OK, there are a few things that could have been done to avoid such incidents. A wet floor sign is one that comes to mind."

"The hotel would be better off as a completely smoke-free building. We had a child, and the front desk informed us that only smoking floors were available. Besides this, the hotel was welcoming, all the staff of every department we encountered were helpful and polite, and the room was comfortable for our stay."

"The staff are very helpful and friendly rooms are clean and spacious bed was comfortable. Location was close to city by transport and not too far from airport or beach. Only complaint is pillows are a bit flat for my liking and curtains have come off the track letting light in the morning"
