When we went to breakfast and when we checked out we noticed the new attendant was on her phone constantly and did not make eye contact. Secondly, two landscapers turned on super loud gas blowers outside our window at approximately 7:30 AM and continued until 9. Also, the mini fridge in the room was very loud. "Define desk had a lady complaining of the place at bed bugs it didn't I knew she just said it cuz I just come in to check in but I mean the place is very nice is very happy with it but it does need some updating with the couch was ripped the beds were fine no place is nice it's it's one of the hotels that also just need updating and I invest in hotels so let's let's invest in this one"

"My stay was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Really personalized the experience. Team members remembered my and my friends names. Helpful with directions. Room very clean and comfortable. The gym was great!!! Steam room and pool. Very close to great restaurants and shopping and grocery stores and easy to travel to and from the airport! Thanks you for all you do!"

"Loved this hotel! Super clean, quiet, and full of style. Shared bathrooms were spotless and cleaned often. Perfect location—walking distance to historic sites and great restaurants. Only downside: no on-site parking; the nearest garage is a few blocks away. Would definitely stay again!"
