"The staff are great: helpful, kind, courteous, professional, they went out of their way to accommodate our needs and wants, but the hotel itself, the building is not on par with other Fraser Suites in other countries. The suites are smaller, kitchen utensils few and worn out, few cushions and comforters, no dryer: the washing machine works only on one cycle that doesn't dry, the television has one English channel that has only Turkish news. The owners have done a great job hiring first class...

The hotel itself is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. My room was beautifully designed with modern, elegant touches and a breathtaking view of the Marmara Sea and the Princes’ Islands — waking up to that every morning brought me peace and calm. The interior throughout the hotel is stunning, with a grand yet soothing ambiance that instantly puts you at ease. The spa was an absolute highlight — a serene space where I could unwind with gentle treatments and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere.
