"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our issues were with the dampness of our room (we were on the first floor), the television service was horrible, and the Comp Breakfast could use a lot of work. This was our 4th trip to NOLA in 3 years. What we like must was the location of the hotel. Multiple places to eat and shop, and bus service to the Jazz Festival. We understand that the hotel was updating, and that might have lead to some of the issues. We are still on the fence about staying there next year."
