"I really liked that i was made to feel welcome straight away. The receptuon staff immediately advised me that i had a discount on room service and was apologetic that i had been put in a particular room. This was fine by me but I was offered free breakfast on both mirnings. All the staff were warm and kind and were willing to help uf needed. The food was good and i loved my room. Im definately going to stay again."

"What a wonderful experience at Saint David’s hotel on Norfolk Square, Paddington London. Staff was as helpful as possible. I had a beautiful view of the square. The room was always immaculately kept. I’ll be staying here in the future."

"In a great location. Especially if visiting the theatre. Close to Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square. I stayed in the basic double room, the bathroom was very small. The walls are also pretty thin, fine if you don’t have noisy people in the room next to you but unfortunately we did. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue, but 2.15am on a Monday night being woken up by guests next door wasn’t ideal. I would stay here again though as the location is excellent and all staff members...

"Basic but well-thought out and everything felt nice and new. Easy check in. Quiet, felt secure. Free coffee/tea from machines in the lobby. Comfortable bed, everything you need for a short stay. Wouldn't be great for a long stay as the room is small and there's not much storage/wardrobe space, but great for occasional 1 or 2-nighter."

"Our stay was amazing! Stayed 6 nights and the room was clean, spacious enough, and comfortable. The location is great! Right by a beautiful park, minutes from the British Museum, and just about a 20-30 minute walk into Covent Garden, Soho, and Piccadilly. It is also a couple of minutes walk to the Piccadilly tube, a 15-minute walk to Kings Cross station, and you can get to any bus stop and other tube lines in less than 20 minutes. "My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at your location.While we were able to park at Park Plaza at a cost, we would have preferred parking on your site, we saw first hand that parking is a challenge in that surrounding. The next time we come back to visit I must do my research. Housekeeping was great. Thank you"

"We loved staying at Bermonds Locke! It was an ideal location, and check in was very smooth. We liked that the rooms had a kitchen and washer/dryer, however the dryer didn't really dry our clothes very well (NOT the hotel's issue I'm sure). The front desk staff was great. We ended up extending our stay because our flight was cancelled and we couldn't fly out until a few days later, and they were very understanding and helpful with us booking a few extra nights.
