"The hotel birke is a beautiful hotel in many ways, absolutely 5 star reception area, bar and restaurant. I had a cosy garret room which was lovely in a lot of ways except for the carpet, which was really very very stained with drops and brown marks, it really needs replacing or a thorough steam clean and was off putting, i did not want to walk on it as it did not feel clean the sheets and...
