Schöne Unterkunft welche aktuell renoviert wird. Gute Lage, sehr nah am wunderschönen Strand. Welnessbereich wirklich ausgezeichnet, genau wie das Frühstück. Lediglich die Parksituation ist wie in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben katastrophal

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Schöne grosse Zimmer. Dünenbad super! Super Frühstück- einzig das geliebte Croissant gab es nur am Sonntag- sehr schade! :-( Kein Laugengebäck-hab ich ebenfalls vermisst! Trotzdem danke an alle freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter!!!

Ich habe mich wirklich wohl gefühlt. Der Service dort ist super, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal (Restaurant, Rezeption, Zimmerservice). Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, für jeden Geschmack findet sich etwas. Auch die Abendküche (für mich à la carte) ist seehr lecker. Nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind verbesserungswürdig: im Zimmer auch mal die Ecken und Zimmerdecke säubern, die Dusche hat etwas Schimmel, der Duschkopf könnte mal wieder entkalkt werden und ein Haarsieb könnte ein Verstopfen der Rohre verringern. Von der Umgebung her ist es wirklich sehr ruhig, mit Auto ist man aber auch schnell in Heiligenhafen, auf Fehmarn und auch Lübeck ist es nicht weit. Ohne Auto schwieriger, da die Busse selten fahren und die Verbindungen nicht immer so gut sind. Auf dem Deich lässt es sich gut spazieren, vom Hotel sind es keine 5 Minuten zur Seebrücke und zum Strand nur 2 Min. Ich konnte wirklich gut abschalten.

Das Frühstück war wirklich hervorragend. Schade nur , dass das Schwimmbad unangekündigt wegen Recision die ganze Woche geschlossen war - die Ausweichmöglichkeit zu einem nahegelegenen Spaßbad ist zwar gut gemeint, trifft aber eine andere Zielgruppe Das Zimmer selbst im renovierten Teil war sehr gut und komfortabel ausgestattet

Boendet var rymligt och bra. Frukost och buffe var väldigt gott med mycket att välja på. Omgivningen var fantastisk. Tyvärr har boendet några år på nacken så luftkonditionering saknas och det var väldigt varmt när vi besökte hotellet. Det var verkligen jobbigt.

Das Zimmer hatte jetzt Klimaanlage und es war sehr warm dort .das Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen weil keine Mückennetze vorhanden waren . Es waren viele Flecken auf dem Teppich .das Zimmer ist Renovierung bedürftig

Wir waren schon öfter dort und immer gerne. Doch dieses Mal waren wir leider nicht so begeistert wie sonst. Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und alles funktionierte reibungslos. Das Zimmer war leider nicht gut gereinigt. An der Balkontür waren überall Verschmutzungen von innen aus außen. Kinder hatten sich da wohl vorher etwas ausgetobt. In der Dusche waren Duschreste, in der Toilette fand man leider auch noch Überbleibsel. Etwas enttäuschend fanden wir leider auch dass es in einem 4* Haus nur 2 lagiges Toilettenpapier gab. Am nächsten Tag waren wir um 8.00 Uhr zum Frühstück. Kein Empfang vorm Restaurant. Ok, nicht so schlimm. Wir haben 2 Stunden dort gesessen. Während dieser Zeit wurde uns kein Kaffee angeboten, nicht abgeräumt und nicht nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Wir haben unsere Teller selber an der Servicestation abgestellt. Auch das wurde akzeptiert. Trotzdem kam nie jemand vorbei. Schade. Wirklich schade. Denn das Restaurant war wirklich nicht voll.
