The staff was amazing and went out of their way to set up up to go the Alps when our tour was cancelled. It was a beautiful hotel across the street from the train station and walkable to many restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful hotel! Literally across from the train station, so convenient for people traveling by train. The area around the hotel isn’t the most beautiful, but it felt safe, and overall much nicer than train stations in many other large cities. Would definitely stay here again!

The Hotel Victoria is ideal when traveling via train, trolly or bus as it is directly across the street from the main transportation center. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. It is withing walking distance of food and shopping.

One of the most convienent amd excellent hotels for Basel and the surrounding region. Access to bus, tram, and the EU train system within a 2 minite walk. Basel is a great city abd the Victoria hotel really gave us everthing we wanted. Incredible staff, wonderful rooms and am amazing breakfast wvery day set us up for a memorable stay.

Loved it. The location is perfect right opposite the main train station. Trams outside the front door. Lovely clean & comfortable toom. The staff are super friendly & helpful, a credit to the hotel. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Will definitely stay there again, when next in Basel.
