"The only negative was that other guest’s dog lefy 2 piles of geces in the corridet. Someone tried to remove it but left 2 significant feces smears on the carpet. We immediately notified front desk receptionist. Then next morning we told the housekeeper who was aware. The smears remained for our entire visit until our last morning when we submitted complaints to reception director again, it was finally cleaned at the time of our departure. "The staff are outstanding! So helpful, we forgot a converter to charge our phones and they loaned one to us, answered countless questions and gave us walking directions for everything. This is so centrally located to shopping, museums, and restaurants. Only wish we knew to make reservations at their restaurant when we booked the room - they were fully booked the one night we had open to visit. Book here, you won't regret it!"

"We had an excellent time at this hotel. The staff was beyond helpful and nice. Rooms were super clean. We got the basic room, but it was larger than we expected and just fine for three nights. Great location in the heart of the city. Our only complaint was the temperature of the room at night. We had to open the window because it was so hot. The gym was also very hot and had limited equipment. It had three cardio machines and a set of hand weights (only Up to 10 kg). "
