"The property was located in a great area. Less than a minute walk to St. Pancras International station. The staff was very friendly and answered all questions we had regarding the property. We were able to check in several hours earlier than the posted check in time and were even offered a room upgrade! I enjoyed everything about the hotel and all the amenities provided. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking to stay in the London area! "

"I stayed here overnight for an event at Parliament. It’s a lovely hotel, the staff are so thoughtful and considerate - I was ill the day before we stayed, they let us check in early so I could rest, and offered a late checkout as well. They were kind. Highly recommend it"

"Overnight stay. Very short distance from St Pancras International. Room was perfect for me and the duration of my stay. Staff were very friendly. The only downside was my room was in the basement, with very narrow stairs and I was carrying a big suitcase. But that will not stop me from staying there another time or recommending it"

"Very nice stay, with helpful front desk staff. Room was very comfortable and clean. My one issue would be that the lounge for Bonvoy members was not well maintained. My colleagues and I stayed a week and each time we went there would be yogurt but no bowls, wine but no glasses, a certain food gone but not replenished, etc. My colleagues have stayed here many times and say that this is always the case. Maybe a short staffing problem. However, everything else was great. "

"Nice hotel with friendly staff. It is a typical small "London" city centre hotel. Very clean but because it is close to a train station and the underground is hallow, you will hear and feel some rumbling even on the 3rd floor so I imagine lower or ground level is more noticeable. Door is well sealed because you can hear people talking in the hall (was awaken by loud talking). "I stayed with my son before his exam and our stay was just wonderful, in particular the hospitality of every staff. A porter even gave my son a notebook with a pen and a lovely message to wish him luck on his exam. We were very touched! It was a lovely stay overall - highly recommended! "
