"We arrived after booking this “place” for an overnight stay while we were working in the area. The building looked unoccupied with painted out windows. As we had not received any communication from the management we were unsure how to access the building. The front door was unlocked so we explored inside. "It's in a good location, and the flat is fairly well equipped, but the access procedure on arrival is very complex and the instructions are not very clear (we had top ring the helpline, and we could hear other arrivals doing the same). There are also some issues with the flat which could / should be addressed: the blinds in the bedroom are ineffective and let a lot of light in at night (they also don't give a great deal of privacy, especially when the lights are on inside). "Stayed for one night on business. Lovely chalets and when inside there is no sound. Room was very comfortable. Room was clean with just a couple of minor issues like some areas not dusted. Would highly recommend and use again if im ever in Luton "
