"We arrived after booking this “place” for an overnight stay while we were working in the area. The building looked unoccupied with painted out windows. "It's in a good location, and the flat is fairly well equipped, but the access procedure on arrival is very complex and the instructions are not very clear (we had top ring the helpline, and we could hear other arrivals doing the same).
