"Realy good stay nice room and a lovely big breakfast. Ideal for the tram to travel around and nice relaxing bar to sit and have a drink friendly staff nothing to much to ask for. Stayed many times and look forward to going back."

"We received a btight cheery welcome with some helpful advice on nearby eating options. The upgrade room was spacious and comfortable with great views. Unfortunately there was a problem with lack of heating, hiwever a portable heater supplied from reception solved the problem. Breakfast was excellent with some quality elements to choose from."

We had a minor issue with our room which was fixed immediately, and the staff were clearly very anxious to sort this without delay - very impressive. Breakfast buffet was good.
