"We always stay at this hotel , the staff are great and the rooms are very comfortable ."

"We like the Norbreck usually but this time we were in a different wing. The walls were paper thin, we could hear neighbours conversations. The room was generally clean except the radiator which was disgusting. The lifts were also out of order."

"Hotel is massively dated and the room was just poor , very old n stunk of damp. The bed was so old springs were sticking up , outside of the room the floors creaked so badly that every time someone walked past even quietly it made a racket. The windows were so filthy outside and inside you could barely see out of them. "
