"The rooms are so cozy and the facility is very non-corporate. I like the uniqueness of this hotel and the authenticity of the experience. The staff is real and friendly. The rooms all have a balcony which is so enjoyable a freeing. Unlike the stagnate claustrophobic feeling of corporate hotels that are so afraid of guests committing suicide they lock the windows shut, which feels insulting. "Location is great, easy access to hwy, school and shopping. Staff is very nice. Bathroom needs a refresh. Room door does not give patrons a safe feel, as there are pry marks. The door has issues closing properly without a good push. The secondary locking mechanism is bent. They can definitely do better clearing the snow and ice in the parking lot. "
