"we arrived about an hour and a half before our concert. when we got in our room, the heat wasn’t working. We went down to the front desk and they put us in another room and It was dirty. We sat around for a few minutes while Elizabeth worked on a solution for us. The hotel was full due to the concert, but they did have a suite available which they put us in due to the issues with the two previous rooms. "I travel in the healthcare industry and I had a good experience here. Any issues with the room were immediately made right and requests were handled promptly! I got one of the remodeled rooms. The room I was in had a mini fridge and was provided a microwave on request. I didn't feel unsafe and the area is quiet. "

"The fridge does not work, the ice machine does not work, towels are scanty, mirror is dirty, found roaches in the room, no glasses to drink from,, phone batteries are corroded, toilet paper holder is broken, microwave is dirty"
