I had reserved a King room, but they put me in a double queen instead. Frustrating, but not a deal breaker as it was just my wife and I traveling. We just prefer (and reserved) a King bed as we find that more comfortable for us sleeping.

We did not get the room booked. The hotel was sold out and only had 1 King rooms left, no 2 queen rooms at all. I expect to get what I pay for. The hotel blamed Expedia for overselling the rooms and basically said oh well. I really don't care whose fault it is. I want what I booked and paid for. Period.

Great place to stay! The staff was really nice! We were there for a concert at the Rust Belt. The hotel ran a free shuttle to and from the concert. The restaurant/bar on the top floor was great with an amazing view of the Mississippi River and the surrounding area.

This is one of the nicest hotels i have stayed at in the last couple of years. The rooms are spacious, quiet and very well put together. The staff is fantastic. They have a restaurant/bar inside the hotel where the food is incredible and the drinks are plentiful!
