"Hotel staff was very welcoming and pleasant, willing to help and answer questions. The suites were large, Full kitchen clean and very comfortable, as was the bed. Very quiet. Scrambled eggs were made fresh when ordered for breafast. Enjoyable stay. I recommend it to anyone staying in the Orillia area. Very close to downtown the marina, and less than 20 minutes to Casino Rama."

"The location of the motel was perfect for spending the day at the beach. It was a simple 2 min walk to the water. The motel itself was very disappointing. It is very run down and in serious need of renovations. Our “suite” had two bedrooms with bunk beds in both. The beds were not comfortable. The room had a stale beer smell and did not seem very clean. Everything was dated and dusty. The small bathroom had a new sink, which was nice, but the shower was full of mildew and did not look clean. It...
