"It’s our 2nd stay here (my daughter’s studying at Keele Uni). We were greeted with a smile and check-in was efficient. On this trip we brought our family pet (Cockapoo) and at check-in Jonathan was excellent in making sure our needs were met - including setting up a table (away from the main restaurant- but still in a nice spot) for us to enjoy dinner. The temperature outside is currently -3, but the hotel is warm and snug. I love this hotel for its cleanliness, nice staff and lovely rooms. Super comfortable beds too. I travel a lot with business and I’m a member of many clubs - so have plenty of choice in the Stoke area, but this is my favourite and have no hesitation in recommending to others. We’ll be back."

"I Stayed in a cozy double room, which was nicely furnished, very clean, lovely bed sheets and soft furnishings. The hotel gym is very good and not busy at all as its only for residents. The pool, steam room and sauna is superb, very clean, smells nice and very relaxing - again never very busy - 4-5 people came and went in the hour i was in there. "

"Was able to check in early which was a bonus as I'd travelled earlier than planned because of the threatened bad weather. I could not fault any staff I encountered, they were all very helpful. Lovely room with plenty of space. Very convenient for the regent theatre."

"We’ve stayed here several times as a stop off on our way north using the M6. It’s always welcoming, comfortable and usually quiet (just once there was a wedding there but it didn’t interfere with our stay). The individually ordered breakfast is the best we’ve come across. The evening meal offers variety and nothing is too much trouble. The gardens provide a lovely walk and photo opportunities. "

"Beautiful property, staff were very friendly and attentive. Only negative is that the Brasserie dining area lacks character, the decor is more fitting for a cafeteria, not a lovely historic property. Food was good, but not great."
