"Incredible villa in the Tuscan hills, beautiful views and great location to explore the area from but you will need a car. Clean, rustic room with good facilities. The service was fantastic, very helpful staff. We enjoyed using the pool and had dinner at the restaurant which was delicious and reasonably priced. "Location, accommodation, and host were 5 star. When we arrived, Antonella had pasta, sauce and fresh homebaked bread for us. The view from the property was amazing, the beds were incredibly comfortable and everything was very clean. One thing that is probably a "lost in translation" is a reference to a hot tub/jacuzzi. We did not see one, but it did have a tub in one of the bathrooms (which we used). Overall, a dream escape in Tuscany!"

"This place is a gem. The location and staff are amazing. The room is nice and with a private bathroom. In addition, the restaurant has AMAZING dishes and incredible wine. I would consider this restaurant at a Micheline Level. The location to drive around Tuscany is perfect and they provide bikes for riding around the area. In addition, it has a very nice pool, where you can relax under the Tuscan sun. "

"A beautiful old castle that has been completely refurbished/modernized on the inside, sitting on a beautiful property with nearby forests, vineyards, and olive groves. After the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence, the serenity here was perfection. We stayed in the 'deluxe double room' which was absolutely fantastic. We arranged a vespa rental and rode through the countryside to the nearby Castellina in Chianti and cute hilltop town and took a wonderful cooking class at Taverna...
