"The associates and staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities were good, as advertised. Staff was very helpful and professional. Owner sent assistant to show us where to park. Would definitely stay again. "

"The room we stayed in is charming, clean, and good value, and the view from the terrace is lovely (though we were surprised that a loud, heavily trafficked road lies just beneath it). Our only issue, which others have had before us, was the check-in. Although we'd repeatedly sent our arrival time, when we showed up at the designated tobacco shop to get the key to the room on another street, we had to wait a not insignificant time as workers in the shop tried to rouse the relevant person."

"This is a guest house but it is in the best location. It is super clean. The host (Hafza) made us feel so welcome. He went beyond what is expected to make us feel comfortable. We loved our stay and would highly recommend for anyone who is planning on visiting Siena. I wish we stayed one more day. "

"We loved our stay, and would come back and stay longer next time. We loved the views of the beautiful Tuscan countryside, and will try the oldest restaurant in Tuscany the next time we come back (it was closed this time). The owner of the B&B was very nice, and we loved visiting with his cats too😻!!!!"

"This was a place to stay. Period. Nothing more. Wi-Fi did not work. The overhead shower is broken and did not work. Pieces of the bathroom door fell off. There was no hot/warm water for 36 hours. No shelf/hook/anything to place your toiletries on. Perhaps I should have communicated with management? Oh, that’s right! I tried 3x. No response in 4 days time. "

"Great place, close to some really neat towns and things to see. Awesome to have big nice pool to come back to after a hot day of sightseeing. The best thing about it is the family that owns it. So warm and friendly and helpful in every. Truly enjoyable stay."

"Chambre en plein cœur du centre historique donc très bien situé pour visiter Sienne. Il nous a été indiqué une rue à 10mn à pied pour se stationner gratuitement. La chambre se situé au 4e étage sans ascenseur. Pour nous pas de problème mais c'est bon à savoir. La chambre est équipée d'un ventilateur au plafond ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce donc très bonne nouvelle à notre arrivée avec plus de 35 degrés dehors. Par contre assez bruyant, un bar juste en bas mais on ne peut pas...

"It's a bit of a hike up to Sienna but the walk is worth it, you avoid a lot of the tourist crowds coming from this direction. There are some steep hills to the top of the town, so be warned but I would stay here again. Relatively simple check in and out, no complaints. "

"Terre di Baccio was amazing! Just like the pictures and so so beautiful in person. The staff is wonderful and super helpful, the vineyard and location is incredible. Loved being able to walk around the property, see the animals and enjoy all of the amenities. So relaxing and would totally recommend. I hope to return in the future and stay longer than the 2 nights we did this time around!"

"A gorgeous view of the rolling Tuscan hills from our room, our room was simple, Italian authentic, clean and had a great shower. The hospitality from the owners was so welcoming. Breakfast was yummy! Overall a great stay. "

"Absolutely gorgeous b&b in a great location only a short walk from the main tourist areas.The hosts were extremely helpful and our room was spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend. "
