"The address given will take you to the office. The actual rooms are a short walk away in a residential area. "They resort was unresponsive to my messages and calls. I showed up from the airport after a 20 minutes drive around 10pm. No one was present to give me a key, and no one was answering the phone, I had been trying to call before my flight took off as well. We ended up having to drive back to the airport to find a different hotel last minute. Very disappointed and unprofessional. "

"Charging about 100 US dollar for this and not as they promised pay back the money to us. (when we not even moved in to the room). They just refuse! Terrible experience. No reception, had to figure out a telephone number on a small sign on the window and some non english speaking person eventually showed up. Entrance and wiew showed on the pictures. Stay away from this cheating joint if you like a nice holiday!"

"A cozy villa nestled around a small, well-lit garden in a peaceful setting. Conveniently, there’s a 7-Eleven nearby for essentials. Considering the remote location, hiring a self-driving ride for transportation might be a good idea. The staff is friendly, and the rooms and bedding are clean. While food delivery may not always be available, booking a cab is an option."

"It was right on the beach. I could hear the sounds of the ocean. It was quiet, if you want night life not the place for you but if you are looking to relax, it is the best place. "

"Die Zimmer liegen neben einer Schnellstraße. Weit und breit kein Restaurant. Frühstück oder sonstiges Essen und Trinken nicht vorhanden. Zum Strand sind es 50 Minuten. "This place has an amazing vibe. I loved my stay here (just under two weeks). It had everything I needed. The rooms were meticulously cleaned daily when I was out like clock work. The difference between Baan Rosa and resorts/hotel chains is it actually feels like a home. I couldn’t fault it. It was an absolute retreat for me and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Bangtao area."

"Very quaint place and unique design. Lots of lounging area to chill and relax. There's a small stream at the restaurant that adds to the vibes. Overall a nice place for those looking to escape the bustling city life. Downside is the location is far from beach. Takes about 10 mins walk to get to the main street with restaurants and convenience store. Restaurant at the resort is not open on Monday or late enough if you want food at night."

"Originally I intended to stay for three nights. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a very nice lady PA who is the owner. She welcomed me and even gave me a ride and showed around Bang Tao and Laguna. The room was very large. Air con was working perfect; so was the WiFi. Bed and comforter were comfortable. So I decided to extend my stay and I highly recommend this place to everyone (especially if you are on the budget). Will come back for sure!"

"Our flight got cancelled so we looked for something close by the airport. The stay at Sugar Marina Resort was even better than we expected! Wish we could’ve stayed there longer! The room was super impressive, really spacious, and the bunk beds were a great size too. The best part was definitely the pool access and jacuzzi. If you’re staying here, definitely go for a room with pool access it’s so worth it. The restaurant had loads of options, from Thai food to Western dishes. Even though the hotel was nearly full, it didn’t feel overcrowded. The beaches nearby were gorgeous, just a 5-7 minute ride on the shuttle bus or get a Grab/ Bolt (€5). I also really appreciated that the TV had a decent selection of English channels. It’s always nice to have that option when you’re relaxing in the room!"

"Very clean, staff were excellent ,very helpful and friendly.Restaurant in the hotel was awesome with the pool.Walkinh distance to shops.Safe at any time.We enjoyed the variety of food options at the shops and also did late night walks for snacks.Hotel also gave us transport options.There is a laundry opposite the hotel."

BRILLANT airport hotel

"My family and I arrived late to Phuket and had one night at the airport hotel. The service was the best, staff were so friendly, collection from the airport was seamless. They arranged a baby cot for me as late notice which I really appreciated. I enjoyed the breakfast and the pool was great. Truly exceeded my expectations and I instantly booked my sister an extra night on the return due to the quality of the experience!"
