We forgot some documents and a charger in the room, called them several hours after we checked out, they located them and kept them safe for us to pick up on our way to the airport. Their personnel is wonderful, from the luggage person downstairs to the reception girls; very friendly and always trying to help you."

"We booked a Tower Club Suite River View with Lounge. It was absolutely amazing. We were booked for the 52n floor but was upgraded to the 58. The room was just amazing together with the views. Everything you could possibly want, down to tea/coffee and all toiletries. Food in the Tower Club was 100% and breakfast in the Mozu Restaurant was soo good, with so much choice too. The concierge Mr Woody was fantastic, made arrangements for us to view the F1 in a nearby bar and also trips to the park to see the monitor lizards. So polite and friendly. We cannot fault this hotel in any way."
