"The air quality in the hotel is excellent. I noticed this on a previous stay and booked again. The cleanliness of the hotel, new furnishings and air conditioning units all play a role in the high air quality. Also, how the private rooms are designed provide a buffer against any fine particulate. For this reason alone I recommend booking. The staff however, were exceptional again. The front desk staff are masters of customer service and always willing to serve. I wished to stay longer...

"My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay which was odd for a hotel. The people were wonderful and the breakfast was a highlight. The Ari area is fun and there were great cafes and restaurants in every direction. I would definitely stay again and just request that they clean my room daily. "

"Accessible togo around"

"Fantastic location, just outside Phra Khanong BTS station. Facilities were simple but all fine. Staff very friendly. A little loud at night as just off a very busy road but they provide ear plugs. Recommend a massage next door! "

"The staff were lovely. My partner and I enjoyed the beautiful covered outdoor space. It is located on a very quiet alleyway in a convenient part of town. The rooms were clean, and the shared bathroom was large enough that we never had to wait for anything. The A/C worked great. The included breakfasts were delicious! The walls are very thin so we were able to hear everything going on in the room beside us. Overall, we would stay again and recommend for up to a week."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms, beds, space, and property are much smaller than portrayed in photos. The photos during booking give a sense of space and common areas like a roof top lounge; however, once you get there you realize it’s more like an apartment and you only have access to your small unit. "We had a very bad experience with this hotel and left after two nights though we booked for 6 nights. We tried to get our deposit back but no reception and no response. After one night they asked us to move to another room which was much smaller and discomfortable. Room was dirty, bed was much to hard and bathroom was flooded with water from somewhere which made it dangerous to walk on the floor. We still haven’t got our deposit back and gave up on them. "

"After a long stay in Thailand it was nice to stay somewhere that felt like home. Great place. Only would be nice to be able to cook even outside as we had a portable cooker & diet is limited. Every thing else was wonderful thank you."

"This property is clean, private, comfortable and complete. Very pleased with the aesthetic and how it’s just a 5 minute walk to the water taxi. The swimming pool not so clean, jacuzzi also not working, the sauna is good."

"Very clean and great customer service. Excellent location, next to a mall where you can get food at the food court for a very very low price. Unlimited shopping and dining within walking distance. Access to the metro and subway right in front of the hotel."

"Had a great stay, room and bathroom were very comfortable and spacious. Staff all great and we really appreciated being able to use the showers in the gym before our late flight. Only thing would be that the continental selection at breakfast was a bit lacking for the price of the hotel. "

"Excellent place to stay. With two pools to choose from or massage and lots of shopping during the day this was excellent. Some parts of the building might show the age of hotel but it’s well maintained. The food options around the hotel are limited in the evening. Though the pool side bar has some pretty good dishes though the bar prices are more expensive then what we where expecting. "
