"What am amazing location! The owner is wonderful man who is great at what he does! The love and respect was such an amazing welcome!!! The location is truly spectacular!!! "When I stayed the power kept shutting off in my room after an hour of having the lights and a/c on. They moved me to another room next door after I reported the power shut off, but same exact thing happened on the other room. I went to front desk and no one was available for reception. What a terrible night!"

"Our room was very clean and comfortable with great AC and wifi. The bed was big and clean but the pillows were much too big. We could help ourselves to tea and coffee throughout the day and a nice breakfast was included. We liked being 10 minutes from the night bazaar and near the old town."

"We had an amazing time at The London Teahouse! While we were supposed to have a busy vacation in Chiang Mai, I had a foot injury and was only able to stay in the hotel for the most of our trip. Despite that, Sarah was very accommodating and even transferred us to a lower room so that I’d have an easier time going down the stairs. We’ll definitely book his place again once we’re in town"

"This place was perfect for me. Super affordable and convenient with out being a typical hostel. Private clean room with nice bed, bathroom, shower, AC, Wi-Fi, and power. Very quiet at night (it’s on a walking street with very few vehicles). Close to everything in the middle of the old town. So many food options, temples, bars, shopping, rentals, massages, cooking classes, and nightlife within 1-5 minutes walking. Most of these things are even right on the quiet walking street. "

The room had no window/ natural light and was bare. We didn't warm to the style although I'm sure others may find it quirky and different."

"The communications with this hotel were exceptional! They were quick to keep me posted on issues at airport, and went above and beyond to pick us up late in the evening and check us in. The staff members were wonderful, and the free breakfast was delightful. It is unfortunate that we were heading out the next day since the pool and surrounding areas were inviting. This is a great hotel in close proximity to Chiang Mai International Airport. I would not hesitate to make reservations here...
