"The condo we stayed out was beautiful, spacious, and relaxing. The room facilities were clean, organized, & helpful for us travelers. There was an equiped kitchen, washing machine, separate bathtub & shower, a separate living space, & a balcony. Additionally, the roof had a gym & pool that overlooked the city. We would stay here again & highly recommend it to others."

"What you see in the picture is what you get. Host were very informative and gave all the relevant information to the unit. Free coffee, tea, soft drinks, mineral water, instant noodles were provided. Kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable stay for my family. Unit is near restaurants, mall and shops. As it was near the airport, I could here the plane sound and music from nearby pub. However, sound was bearable for a light sleeper like me. Noise stopped by midnight. So i has a good sleep...

"We really had an amazing experience when we stayed at this condo. Everything was very clean when we entered the room, the free minibar and fruit was also a big + and the guide provided by the host was also very convenient! We would definitely come back to stay here again! :)"

"We had a lovely stay in Lucas apt in a quite side street very close to the night market. While we had some issues with one of the keys for front door, Lucas was very attentive and helpful in resolving the issue. Would have no hesitation recommending the apt for a as a base to explore the lovey city and environs of Chang Mai"

"Great property for a great price. Pool is amazing and huge mall next door. Check in was a bit problematic, there were no instructions. Get Expedia to give you the owner’s phone number beforehand. You can do a self check in. Recommended!"

"If you're looking for a memorable stay in Chiang Mai this is your spot. Great views of the city and a very modern spacious penthouse with outstanding rooftop. Everyone was very pleasant and it's centrally located to all the amenities in the area. The hostess was also excellent. Highly recommend staying here next time you visit Chiang Mai."

"From the moment we inquired until the minute we left the communication with Lin was great. The property was located in a great area that was a short 20 minute drive to the airport and right down the street from the night bazaar. The condo was secure, clean and had everything we could want."

"Perfect stay if you don’t wanna be in the middle of everything, downside is far from the main bar areas. Modern, beautiful, artsy. Breakfast was great. Pool bar could use a little more variety. Overall a great place. 9/10"

"For the hotel, water pressure was exceptional. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and accommodating. In regards to location, the hotel is Centralized in the city where my family was close to a lot of eateries and shops to keep us entertained. Looking forward to staying at this hotel In the future. "The staff was super friendly and always greeted me with a warm hello in Thai. The breakfast buffet is really high quality food and they rotate some items, so each day there are new things to enjoy. The exercise facility has enough equipment to be close to a small gym, with a variety of dumbbells, smith machine, other strength equipment, tread mills & bikes. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable and helped me get better sleep with my jet-lagged situation. The hotel is located close to the night markets, which is convenient. Overall it's a great hotel. "
