"Changed rooms due to noisy pipes, but they were very helpful about this. Couldn’t ever get through to anyone at reception. Went down to order good, sent the wrong food! Ate it anyway as was very hungry! It was good. Breakfast was good. "

"Our stay was very comfortable and it was a great location for our stopover between Scotland and Devon. The host was very efficient, friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the en suite bathroom which had a sensor light. This made any night time toilet trips impossible to make without waking someone up with the light and extractor fan. The shower pressure was very weak & the sink was tiny. " Good value @ £30 a night clean, bed comfortable, a bit cold at night but the duvet was up to the job. Took a while to work out the shower on button it has a subtle action to stay on. The door got stuck a couple of times. Kitchen and washing machine a nice touch. Some water damage from the room above resulting in flakes of paint all over the ensuite sink. Over the top Asians listening to ethnic music while cooking and then chatting in their own language was intrusive / off putting but that...

"Very small room, no lampshade no tiolet roll. Doors banging very loudly with no regard for other people. Smoking in the house which was unpleasant. Nithing good to say really. 40quid a night is ridiculous for that room."
