"The staff was very helpful and friendly. But the house was unsafe and it was dangerous for fire no fire escape from the room. The room hadn't been readied there was no bed linen and it wasn't ready to go into so we had to wait for a hour. "

It has ben fitted out with quality appliances and furniture, the air source heating provides a constant warm feel, the beds are very comfortable and the showers are a joy to use along with the supplied Elemis shower products. "We loved staying in this house. It had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We used the house as a base for Alton Towers which was a 25 minute drive away. We was left a welcome pack of goodies which was very much appreciated, and noticed the little touches like travel cots and high chairs, and a play room at the back of the house so perfect for families. There was room on the drive for 2 cars. We had a little issue when we was there and I was able to call the owner right...
