"hotels.com said breakfast was included - it wasn't. Plenty of pillows but they were super soft and couldn't sleep well with them. Beds were very comfortable though. "Check in was fast and staff was friendly. They do not have electronic key cards, just old fashioned keys but no paddle making it very easy to lose and they charge you $10 if you lose it or don't turn it in. I generally don't care for outside entry motels but this had an automatic locking door knob, a deadbolt, and a chain so I felt perfectly safe. Room was large and clean. I used the TV the refrigerator and a hair dryer it all worked without issue. TV was tiny. The towels were tiny and paper...

"We had a group of 9 at the house for the weekend. It’s in a good location, about 10-15 mins to downtown Saratoga, SPAC, and the track. The heated pool is awesome, we spent a lot of time in it. The house was nice and clean when we arrived. Overall, I’d recommend this as a great place to stay. The only negative was the grill. We planned to use it but decided not to because it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned this summer and we didn’t want to risk a grease fire."

"The owners were amazing. Easy to deal with and they checked up with me daily to see how things were going. They are in the process of updating every room of this rental. They have focused on the high traffic areas first. The pool area, deck, and gazebo are amazing. I wish we had the time to enjoy them.
