"Liked - the aesthetic is beautiful. Room is spacious and well laid out. Towels and robes are fluffy. Wifi worked well. Breakfast (pastries from Rosetta Panaderia!) was well prepared. Staff was friendly. Location - for us, anyway - was ideal. Didn't care for - the surprise $40/night service charge for...no idea on arrival. As breakfast and wifi are included and there are no spa/sauna/fitness center on site, its unclear what you're paying for. Wasn't explained by Expedia or the hotel in advance...

"We enjoyed our stay at Casa Prim. The location of our junior suite was a little strange- as it was not part of the main building and on the bottom floor of a building next door (want to say it was room 15, but could be wrong). There was half eaten candy in our room when we arrived, which was a bit off putting bc I like everything super clean- but other than that- the room was great. We got some tapas at the rooftop restaurant which weren't very good. Honestly, save yourself money and get street...

"Wonderful location near many attractions for visiting the city. During peak traffic times, the ride from the airport about an hour, otherwise about half that. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Old building but it has character. The street can get noisy but again, it’s downtown. Great stay."
