"Personnel was exceptional. The parking is still very difficult. We read all the internet comments, called the hotel directly, and received good GPS instructions, (enter destination "Sudpassage). When we did this, we were unable to identify the parking lot or the turn to find it. When we parked in an open area to re-enter the destination and make a second attempt, we were advised by the police to "move on." (Do not blame them for doing their job.) Given the complexity (to us) of the highway layout, we concluded that it was easier to drop the rental car and walk to the hotel with the luggage, another convoluted process although airport personnel were numerous and helpful."

"Hotel is great. Not much for sit in dining options nearby unless u book ahead. Having the red light district was a bit of a surprise but my fault for not checking .. staff informed us when we checked in .. was not an issue and we would definitely book here again .. thought the breakfast was a little high priced .. most expensive in all the hotel we had stayed in during our Germany stay "
