"The owner met us to check us in, but returned that evening while we were eating. Having interrupted the meal he wanted 300euros in cash as a deposit. He said he'd return next day. However, by then we realised that the downstairs toilet and drains were blocked as were 2 of the upstairs showers. There was no hot water in some. "Had a short 3 night stay, too short. House was as advertised. Very comfortable and quiet. Great wifi, a big plus. Nothing to complain about at all. I did wish there was some local information in the house such as bars, restaurants and such. As far as we could tell, nothing to eat or drink in town? But wifi/trip advisor helped a lot. Also, Patrizia the owner was always a quick email away."
