"The property is in a nice safe and quiet area. The staff was incredibly cordial and polite. There is a 7-11 convenience store attached directly to the hotel on the first floor so anything you are missing you can easily get at any hour. There’s a very strong perfume oil used in the room, which was a bit much for us. "Within 2 minutes walk from Hongdae metro station, clean room though not exactly the most spacious (thank you for the upgrade) and overall very comfortable stay. No toiletries (other than bath gels, shampoo and lotion) provided because of sustainability reasons I suppose. On my last night two of the three elevators to the guest rooms were down at the same time so there was a bit of queue to go up to rooms but all’s good. "
