Booked this hotel last minute for a layover in Seoul. We chose this hotel as it had a pool, but when we got there, they told us that the pool is only open from 12:00-8:00 PM, with the check out time being 11:00 AM. So we would not have access to the pool. AND - they will charge extra if we want to use the pool. The AC unit was not turned on in our room so it was 30°c, if only stays on if there’s a room key in the hole. The area around the hotel was great for food options.

Clean room near Balsan
The hotel locates at only 5-minutes walking distance from Balsan station. It is modern hotel but the lighting was just too dark. There was a motion sensor in the bathroom, so the light would turn itself off when I was in the middle of a shower. The A/C inside the room was pretty loud, and the blinds for the room had a gap so light could come through in the morning. The neighbourhood is very pleasant, no lack of eateries nearby. So I would suggest to take breakfast nearby instead. The quality of the continental breakfast was very disappointing, the food (eggs, bacon and sausage was not hot, and the eggs were mixed with water). Definitely can get much better food with the same amount they charge.

KBSアリーナへ行くために宿泊しました。キンポ空港まで3駅、三番出口のエレベーターを利用すれば、重い荷物も問題なく運べます。近くのNC百貨店のデパ地下も充実していて便利です。 ホテルの従業員の方はとても親切です。 冬は床暖房がついていて、荷物までホカホカになりました。暑くて温度調節が難しかったです。温度調節の液晶画面が一部見えず、何度に設定できたのか確認できませんでした。室温と連動しているのか、温度を下げたら、シャワーのお湯の温度もさがり、お風呂が冷たかったです。 朝御飯は洋食でした。韓国料理があると嬉しかったです。周囲にたくさんレストランありますので、外に出ても良かったかと思いました。

仕事でしたが久しぶりの韓国で、仕事先と明洞の中心くらい、且つ空港にアクセスがいいところを探して当ホテルを利用しました。 料金が安かったので今回はスイートに泊まれましたが、コンパクトな建物の割に部屋は十分広く、設備やスタッフの方の対応も〇。日本語を話せる人もいました。 周辺は飲食店も多数あり、コンビニやお土産用の美容品を購入できるお店もあり気に入りました。 日本人あるあるの水圧は弱いのと、省エネのための電気が自動で切れるタイプのため、トイレに入っている間に何度もonoffを繰り返すのが気になりましたが、良いホテルだと思います。
