"You are required to self check in, but for me the card reader wasn’t working. Had to find staff to help and then she came with a less than friendly attitude. Thought bfast was included, was charged €19 extra at check out. Interior is dated and old, no USB ports and no ventilation in the room. "

"The room was fine. However, it was very impractical to have only one key for the room, esp. when the room is on the 3rd floor. Frequently, one of us would have to walk down and open the door for the other. It should be possible to obtain two house and room keys when checking in."

"Not sure where to even start with this hotel, I travel extensively with work and finding accommodation where, as a solo female, traveller you feel safe is rare. I literally cannot fault this hotel. The staff were absolutely outstanding, room was the cleanest I have stayed in in a very long time.
