"I travelled for work for a concert that was happening at Co-op Live, as such the hotel was busy but not terribly so. Only impact that may have is on their 3 lifts when trying to go to breakfast and checking out as everyone is doing the same and there can be a 5 min wait for some of the upper floors, as it seems some of the lifts skip floors or go to certain floors in order of when they were called 🤔"

"Parking is expensive and don’t offer discounts for staying at the hotel. Whereas other hotels next door offer promotional rates to use Manchester central NCP car park. Check in speeds could be quicker as we had to wait in excess of 2 hours to check into our rooms after our allotted 3pm check in time. "

"We were a family of 4 sharing a king size room with sleeper sofa. The beds were all ready for us when we got to our room, and the hotel staff was very responsive to any questions and requests we had."
