"I don’t know where to begin. I’ll start with the thing that hit us first…. The smell of cannabis! The whole house stunk of canabis! We opened all the upstairs windows & it made no difference. The house got double booked so we had 2 women & a bloke banging the door, who threatened to put all the windows through & my car windows before I said “please don’t, that’s my car!” Ants on the kitchen work surfaces. "The house was well equipped, clean and comfortable, and we had a very enjoyable stay. Communication and check in were very good, except the house was very cold when we arrived, and took at least 12 hours to warm up. Clearer instructions on setting the thermostat in the hall, and the heating control panel in the bathroom would have been useful. However, from the second day on, the house was warm and cosy. The house is in the country, about 10 mins drive from the edge of Oxford and "park and ride"...
